- BED LINEN (optional): is supplied only on request: € 8,00 per person per week (per change). Bath linen € 8,00 per person per change. Kitchen linen not available.
THE APARTMENTS ARE EQUIPPED WITH: bathroom, kitchen corner with big fridge, cookware, cutlery, crockery e TV. Independent entrance with furnished terrace, fenced parking area shaded.
- COMMUNAL: cold showers, sinks, washing machines, barbecues and solarium.
- FREE WI-FI: request password from management.
RULES
- A booking deposit of 30% is payable on reservation (non-refundable in case of cancellation);
- ID documents must be provided on arrival;
- Accommodation will be available from 17:00 on the Saturday of arrival;
- Keys must be returned to management not later than 9:30 on the Saturday of departure;
- Refunds for early departures, whatever the reason, are not payable;
- In case of late arrival the accommodation will be kept available until 17:00 of the following day unless notice is given, even by telephone;

- Quiet times: guests are requested to avoid making noises or causing disturbances that might disturb other guests. In particular guests are requested to maintain complete silence during the following periods: 24:00 to 07:30 and 14:00 to 16:00. Where guests fail to respect this regulation (making loud noises, disturbing the peace), the management reserves the right to request the departure of guests without refund;
- Regular checks are made to ensure that the number of occupants are equal to the number of persons allowed according to reservation.
